This is the question that splits the job in this metro, and the two answers have almost nothing in common. A raised house has a vented space underneath that pulls in outside air, so the problem is usually the floor system. A slab house has its plumbing cast into the concrete, so the problem is usually a leak you cannot see reaching the bottom of the wall. Answer with whatever you know.

Worth knowing before you answer: in this climate a wall can get wet with no leak at all.
